~ How Does it Work?
We start work with you 6 weeks before your wedding day.

On signing contracts:
We'll gift you our ultimate planning toolkit
Access to our Little Blue Book of suppliers
Access to our Signature Decor Hire Collection (for Bluebird Couples Only)

6 weeks prior to your wedding day:
You are sent our coordination questionnaire
​
4-5 weeks out:
Consultation at your venue to discuss all the details of your wedding day and exactly how you want it to run.
​​Supplier liaising to ensure details have all been included and checking timings
​​
2-4 weeks out:
Timeline creation to ensure everything is all mapped out correctly.
​​
On The Day:
Up to 11 hours on the day coordination with 1 planner and 1 assistant. ​
On The Day Includes:
All set up and styling, where required. Such as table plans, table settings, furniture etc. ​
Overseeing arrival of all elements for the day and troubleshooting where required.​
Managing timings of the day until the first dance.
​
Ensuring you have everything you need throughout the day. Being your right-hand woman and making sure your day is super special.

Fee: starting from £1600 + VAT
